If you have a sudden interest in dogs, and would like to become a Dog Lover, Just follow these steps for a great result.
Steps
Play with your dog a lot if you have one already. This will make you love the dog even more.
Do your research whether you have a dog or not. Look up the different breeds. This will help you see dogs that you have never seen before, and hopefully find you a favorite dog if you don't have one already.
Get dog books. Not cartoon, but maybe some books that help you care for a dog. That way, you can know what dogs like, dislike, what makes them hyper, etc.
Play with any other pets you have more. Train them, take good care of them, etc. This will make you want a dog, and hopefully get into them more.
Watch dog T.V. shows like Pet Star, Dog Shows, Good Dog U or Breed All About It. These shows can be found on Animal Planet.
Find a different animal that you like, if you are still not into dogs. Maybe a cat or a horse. If you want to like a different animal, you can do these same steps.
Tips
If you DO become a dog lover, maybe try going advance. Training a dog to be in shows. That way you can meet all different kinds of dogs and learn to know what a REAL champion is like.
Warnings
If you have a cat that acts like a dog, don't treat it completely like a dog. Otherwise, it will think you betrayed it and will probably run away or ignore you.
