- When you reach a certain time, try to minimize your time less and less online. You will get used to being off the computer.
- Be self confident to accomplish all these steps, and you will notice that you begin to ignore Facebook and use your time in other important things.
- Make use of your time in a more valuable way. Live every day as if it were the last one, not wasting away in front of the computer.
