Make Garlic and Thyme Chicken

Garlic and thyme chicken is a very flavorful way of making chicken. If you want a tasty way of making chicken in a short amount of time, please read on.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast (preferably organic chicken)
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • Fresh thyme,washed
  • Salt and pepper (black or white)
  • 200 grams of softened butter

Steps

  1. Pre-heat the oven on 200°C .
  2. Wash the chicken and dip it dry.
  3. Mix 100 grams of butter with the garlic and the thyme.Rub the complete outside from the chicken in with the flavoured butter.
  4. Season the chicken.Season the chicken with the salt and the pepper.
  5. Add some butter to a hot frying pan.Bake all the sides from the chicken breast until they are light brown.
  6. Butter in a oven tray. Place the chicken breast in the tray and pour the flavoured sauce from the pan above the chicken breast. Add vegetables if you like them.
  7. Set the oven temperature on a temperature from about 150 and 175°C.
  8. Check the chicken breast regularly.And pour the juices over it so that it don't become dry, let it bake for about 20 minutes. ( depends on how big the chicken breast is.)
